Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 13, 2026
Welcome to Trips That Rock. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website tripsthatrock.com (the "Site") and the group cruise booking services (the "Services") provided by Trips That Rock ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our Site or utilizing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Trips That Rock is a travel agency specializing in group cruise bookings for family reunions, celebrations, bachelorette parties, and corporate events. We serve as an intermediary between you (the "Client") and third-party cruise lines, including but not limited to Princess Cruises, Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Virgin Voyages, and Norwegian Cruise Line (collectively, "Travel Providers").
Our services include planning, logistics, and securing group-specific perks (e.g., onboard credits, free cabins, and custom excursions). Our planning services are provided at no direct cost to the Client, as we are compensated by the Travel Providers.
Trips That Rock acts solely as a sales agent for the Travel Providers. We do not own, manage, operate, or control any cruise ships, excursion vehicles, or hotels. All bookings are subject to the specific terms, conditions, and luggage/cancellation policies of the respective Travel Provider. It is the Client’s responsibility to review the Travel Provider’s terms before finalizing a booking.
While Trips That Rock does not charge a service fee, the Client is responsible for all costs charged by the Travel Provider, including but not limited to cruise fares, taxes, port fees, and gratuities.
-
Deposits: Most cruise lines require a deposit to secure group space. These deposits are paid directly to the Travel Provider or processed through our secure portal for the Travel Provider.
-
Perks: USPs such as "up to $200 onboard credit," "free cabins," or "free drinks packages" are subject to the specific group size requirements and promotional availability of the Travel Provider. These perks are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed by the Travel Provider.
All cancellations and refund requests are governed by the policies of the specific Travel Provider. Trips That Rock is not responsible for any penalties, fees, or lost deposits resulting from a Client’s decision to cancel or change their booking. We strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance.
It is the sole responsibility of the Client and their group members to ensure they possess valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, and health certifications (such as vaccination records) required by the destination countries and the Travel Provider. Trips That Rock is not liable for any traveler being denied boarding due to improper documentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trips That Rock shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with:
-
The performance or non-performance of any Travel Provider.
-
Errors or inaccuracies on our Site or in our marketing materials.
-
Acts of God, weather conditions, strikes, or civil unrest affecting the travel itinerary.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of our Services shall not exceed the amount of commission we earned from the Travel Provider for your specific booking.
All content on tripsthatrock.com, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is the property of Trips That Rock or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our branding or content without express written permission.
When Trips That Rock organizes custom group excursions, we do so as a facilitator. We partner with local tour operators. Use of these services is at the Client's own risk, and we are not liable for the acts or omissions of these third-party operators.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Trips That Rock is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action relating to these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Trips That Rock reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site or Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
